This leadership course accredited by Adair International will improve your business’ performance through Practical Leadership in all teams at all levels distributed throughout your business.

This “Practical Team Leadership” event will deliver a bottom line increase in your business performance.  To achieve this we work with you to identify your specific business needs and priorities, and focus on enhancing the productivity and quality of all your leaders: directors; heads of department; managers; supervisors; team leaders and project leaders – anyone who has to lead others.  On this course they will discuss and evaluate how effectively they lead their teams.  They will explore aspects of leadership relevant to their situation and your business, and identify ways to improve how well they perform as Team Leaders.  This means that each event is designed specifically for your people to achieve the following KPIs for your business:

• To provide the opportunity for groups of leaders to work together and get to know each other better so that they are able to discuss and agree how to be consistent team leaders.
• To explore what it means to be part of the wider team and how to balance loyalty to leading their immediate team with membership of the wider business team so that they are better able to focus on the right priorities in your business.
• To develop relationships between the various sub-teams leaders who make up the wider business team(s) so that they can take practical steps to lead their team and work more effectively across the whole of your business.
• To explore and identify ways to measure how practical team leadership can contribute to and increase the overall success of your business so that you get tangible, measurable results from your investment in this training.
