At the end of the course….I realised that so much had been learned but was not sure how or if it would all come together when we returned back to work.
You would not believe the difference! It was the first time ever that I taught with such confidence, and literally sailed through the week. Every single day we were on schedule and organised. It was much easier to get the objectives across and be able to validate the learning.
At the end of the week our students/employees must sit an exam….Every student scored very high and were able to show that they were competent in the knowledge and skills that had been passed on to them.
